The completion of your final semester at QUT is a very special time for you. It’s at this stage of transition that you can appreciate just how far you have come, remember the experiences along the way, and begin to look ahead to what the future brings.

Feelings of excitement, sadness, and expectation may be similar to those you experienced when you first arrived in Brisbane. However, re-adjusting to your own culture may prove to be just as difficult. The better prepared you are to cope with changes from study to the work environment, and from this mix of cultures to your own, the smoother your transitions will be.

Events that ISS organises for graduating students include;

• Applying for Permanent Residency (Migration Advice)
• International Students' Farewell to hire the academic gown and celebrate the completion of your studies.
