If you have requested Airport Reception you can be sure the QUT representative will be at the airport to meet you, just look for the QUT logo.

If there is a problem, do not leave the airport without calling International Student Services on 3138 2019 during office hours (9am-5pm) or 0407 443 972 after hours. For any other emergency you can contact ISS on 0412 173 822. An emergency telephone number for QUT is also available at the information desk.

Brisbane International Terminal

Look for a person holding the QUT logo when you enter the arrival area. If you do not meet a QUT representative go towards the Southern Queensland Tourism Service Desk for assistance. The service desk is on the same level and is number 12 on this map. Please wait at the desk until the QUT representative arrives to meet you or contact ISS at the telephone numbers above.

Brisbane Domestic Terminal

Look for a person holding the QUT logo when you enter the baggage claim area of your airline. If you do not meet a QUT representaive contact ISS at the telephone numbers above.

Reminders

Money-changing facilities are available in both terminals, make sure you've got enough AUD for your first few days. Money changers are not readily available in shopping centres as in some countries.
