Listed below are the QUT designated temporary accommodation
options for you to choose from. All are close to the city centre and QUT's Gardens
Point campus. Make your own booking directly with one of the providers below
and let them know that you are an international student studying with QUT. International
Student Services (ISS) has arranged special rates for QUT international students.
Staff at all the motels/ hotels below are very approachable and are familiar
with the needs of students. Food can be purchased either at the motel or within
walking distance. Prices range from $23 (backpacker style- dorm of 4) to approx. $110 (single hotel
room) and subject to availability.

It is advisable to book your accommodation as soon as you know your
flight date, to give you the best chance of obtaining your first choice of accommodation. We suggest that you book yourself for two or three nights, even longer if you
arrive on the weekend. Students usually find permanent
accommodation within a week of arriving in Brisbane.
Once you've made your booking indicate which temporary accommodation option
you've chosen on the ISS
Airport Reception form before submitting it to ISS. Students booking into any temporary
accommodation in the city will be transferred from the airport compliments of the university.
If there are no vacancies in the places below, search through www.wotif.com for other hotels in Brisbane at discounted rates. Contact ISS if you have any problems
